Wat er op je toestel blijft staan

De app bewaart uitsluitend op je eigen toestel: je instellingen (taal, geluid, spelen om punten of om slokken), de namen die je zelf voor de spelers invoert, een eventuele profielfoto per speler, en de stand van een onafgemaakte ronde zodat je later verder kunt. Wij kunnen daar niet bij en krijgen er niets van te zien. Verwijder je de app, dan verdwijnt alles mee. Losse spelers en foto's kun je in het spel zelf verwijderen.

Waarom daar geen toestemming voor nodig is

Deze opslag op je apparaat is strikt noodzakelijk om de dienst te leveren die jij van de app vraagt: het bijhouden van de score (artikel 11.7a lid 3 Telecommunicatiewet, artikel 5 lid 3 ePrivacy-richtlijn). Er wordt niets opgeslagen of uitgelezen voor advertenties, statistiek of andere doelen.

Wat de app niet doet

• Geen verzameling, opslag of verzending van persoonsgegevens naar ons of naar derden.
• Geen advertenties, geen tracking, geen analytics, geen crashrapportage van derden.
• Geen toegang tot contacten, locatie, microfoon of je fotobibliotheek. Kies je een profielfoto, dan opent de fotokiezer van je telefoon en komt alleen de foto die jij aanwijst in de app; die blijft daar lokaal.
• Geen inlog, geen registratie, geen nieuwsbrief.

Delen van een uitslag

Deel je de uitslag van een ronde, dan tekent de app daar zelf een afbeelding van en geeft die door aan het deelvenster van je telefoon. Jij kiest waar hij naartoe gaat. De afbeelding wordt tijdelijk in de cache van de app gezet en gaat niet naar ons.

Als je ons mailt

Stuur je feedback via de app, dan opent je eigen mailprogramma en bepaal jij wat je verstuurt. We voegen alleen de versie van de app en je taalkeuze toe. Je bericht bewaren we zolang dat nodig is om het te beantwoorden.

Kinderen

De app is niet bedoeld voor personen onder de 18 jaar.

Advertenties (toekomstige versie)

Deze versie bevat geen advertenties. Komt er een versie met advertenties, dan wordt daarvoor eerst je keuze gevraagd via een toestemmingsvenster en wordt dit beleid aangepast voordat die versie verschijnt.

Je rechten

Omdat wij geen gegevens over jou hebben, is er bij ons niets in te zien, te corrigeren of te wissen. Vragen of een klacht? Mail ons. Je kunt ook een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Wijzigingen

Wijzigt dit beleid, dan verschijnt de nieuwe versie hier en in de app, met een nieuwe datum.

What stays on your device

The app stores on your own device only: your settings (language, sound, playing for points or for sips), the names you enter for the players, an optional photo per player, and the state of an unfinished round so you can carry on later. We cannot reach any of it and never see it. Delete the app and it all goes with it. Individual players and photos can be removed inside the game.

Why no consent is needed for this

This storage on your device is strictly necessary to provide the service you ask the app for: keeping score (Article 5(3) ePrivacy Directive). Nothing is stored or read for advertising, statistics or any other purpose.

What the app does not do

• No collection, storage or transmission of personal data to us or to third parties.
• No advertising, no tracking, no analytics, no third-party crash reporting.
• No access to contacts, location, microphone or your photo library. If you pick a player photo, your phone's own picker opens and only the photo you point at enters the app, where it stays locally.
• No sign-in, no registration, no newsletter.

Sharing a result

If you share the result of a round, the app draws an image of it and hands that image to your phone's share sheet. You choose where it goes. The image is placed in the app's cache temporarily and never reaches us.

If you email us

When you send feedback from the app, your own mail app opens and you decide what to send. We only add the app version and your language. We keep your message for as long as we need it to answer you.

Children

The app is not intended for anyone under 18.

Advertising (future version)

This version contains no advertising. If a version with advertising appears, consent will be requested first through a consent dialog and this policy will be updated before that version is released.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct or erase. Questions or a complaint? Email us. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; ours is the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here and in the app, with a new date.
